Cornell Cooperative Extension Announces February Cooking Class

JAMESTOWN, NEW YORK (February 3, 2022) -- Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County is excited to announce, Eat Healthy, Be Active, a cooking class with SNAP-Ed (Supplemental Health and Nutrition Education) nutritionist, Molly Harvey. Join Molly at 12:00 noon, February 17th at The Chautauqua Center Community Kitchen; 107 Institute Street, Jamestown, NY, third floor. Molly will demonstrate ways to reduce sodium and sugar in your diet without sacrificing taste. She will help you better understand Nutrition facts labels, and even provide healthy samples of her delicious recipes. This Eat Healthy, Be Active class is free of charge and open to everyone.
