Come learn about preserving your bountiful harvest or local produce purchases to be enjoyed during those cold winter months. We will discuss food safety, safe preservation practices and make some freezer jam Instructors will include Cornell Cooperative Extension – Chautauqua County’s Executive Director Emily Reynolds and Master Gardener Coordinator Shannon Rinow, both certified Master Food Preservers!
