In honor of National Canned food month, our Master Food Preservers will discuss preservation methods, safe practices and have a hands-on class making jam. Each participant will receive a jar to take home as well as resource handouts to help you on your food preservation journey.
*Please note, this Lunch & Learn class in longer than the typical 30 minute class. This class is noon-3:00pm to allow sufficient time for material review and hands-on jam making class. There is no zoom option and will take place in CCE- Cattaraugus County 28 Parkside drive Ellicottville. Chautauqua County residents are welcome! Class size is limited to 7. Preregistration is required.
