4-H Youth Development Educator- Jamestown, NY

Serve as a member of the 4-H Youth Development team to assist with implementation and evaluation of the 4-H Youth Development educational programs and activities. Educator will be responsible for promoting program objectives and plans in 4-H Youth Development programming area with emphasis on Agriculture in the Classroom, and out of school 4-H program opportunities.

Coordinate and deliver  established curriculum to help youth understand the connections between agriculture, the environment, and people. Assist with the evaluation of delivery of the established educational program goals. Interact with the public through presentations. Assist Supervisor with activities to foster the program with community leaders. Appreciate and promote diversity in all interactions with program participants, staff, volunteers, and the public.

40 hours per week, $16-$20/hr. Bachelor's degree and ability to meet travel requirements is required.

EFNEP Educator- Dunkirk

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of Chautauqua County residents? Do you like healthy foods and exercise? Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County has an opening for a full-time, EFNEP Nutrition Educator in the Dunkirk, NY office. Position requires in-person and virtual presentation to small groups and individuals, and recruitment of participants from limited resource families. 40 hours per week, flexible schedule, $15-$19/hr. Associates degree and ability to meet travel requirements is required. Willing to train the perfect candidate.

Sustainability Campaign Educator- Ellicottville, NY 

Our partner in Cattaraugus County is hiring. The educator will assist with development, implementation and coordination of sustainability campaigns and subscription management for People United for Sustainable Housing (PUSH) community solar projects. Work includes running campaigns, performing intakes, tenant and community outreach, customer service, database management, and partner coordination serving Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Allegany counties. 40 hours per week, flexible schedule, $19-$22/hr. Master's degree and ability to meet travel requirements is required.
