Late Summer Pasture Walk

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County is pleased to announce an upcoming pasture walk and encourages dairy and livestock farmers, family members, and farm employees to attend. This pasture walk will provide an opportunity to view and discuss rotational grazing, tiling pastures, soil sampling, and weed management strategies for improving quality and yields of grass forage for livestock.
This pasture walk will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, hosted by Murphy’s Grass Farm, Doug Murphy, Organic Dairy Producer, 4270 Sherman-Ripley Rd, Sherman, NY.
