Cornell Cooperative Extension offers a virtual training opportunity to help small farmers get safe, quality eggs to market following state and federal regulations


SOUTHWEST, NEW YORK (January 6th, 2022) – Join Amy Barkley, Livestock and Beginning Farm Specialist with the SWNY Dairy, Livestock, and Field Crops Program (SWNYDLFC) and Lynn Bliven, Ag & Natural Resources Issue Leader with CCE Allegany, as they share information on food safety, product quality, and regulations surrounding the production of table eggs from flocks of under 3,000 hens.
