Parable Farm raises 100% grassfed and non-GMO black angus/red Devon cows, pastured pork, and free-range chickens and turkeys on 680 beautiful acres of woods and a pasture. Conscientiously raised and slaughtered with an emphasis on education and health and no use of antibiotics or hormones.
Family owned and operated, they use sustainable methods and are pleased to maintain Parable Farm as a grass-based farm using no pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides. All animals are raised in a wholesome outdoor environment with plenty of sunshine and fresh air. By living on the land in a symbiotic relationship with plant and soil, the animals help rebuild the soil and plant life, ever improving the quality of their pastures. This natural approach to food production results in a sound, ecologically balanced environment.
