Day Camp Counselor

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County has an opening for a Day Camp Counselor working from the Jamestown office. The counselor will serve as a member of the 4-H Youth Development team to coordinate and deliver high-quality youth development opportunities. The Day Camp Counselor will work as a part of the 4-H Youth Development team at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County to assist in teaching youth 5-12 years of age a variety of activities and meeting the needs of the campers.

This is a temporary position expected to begin mid-July with expected end date early September. High School and College Students are encouraged to apply.

Agricultural Team Leader

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County has an opening for an Agriculture Team Leader working on-site from the Jamestown office. CCE is seeking a dynamic leader to assist with daily functioning of the Association, responsible for providing leadership in assessment, development, planning, delivery and evaluation of agriculture educational programming. The Team Leader will also assist in the Executive Director’s absence to plan for the overall administration of the Association and provide continuity of leadership. A master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ related experience is required for this full-time position. The salary range is $63,000 - $65,000 based on knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities.

Agriculture Educator 

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County has an opening for an Agriculture Educator working from the Jamestown office. The agriculture educator will serve as a member of the association agriculture education team to coordinate and deliver high-quality agriculture educational programs and events that address local, regional and statewide programming priorities. Successful candidates should have appreciation, awareness, and education of the county’s Agricultural industries. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but an associate degree with 2 years’ related experience may substitute for consideration for this full-time position.
