Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County, located in Jamestown NY, has an opening for a part-time (17.5 hrs per week) 4-H Youth Development Educator.
The 4-H STORY (Science, Engineering and Technology Opportunities for Rural Youth) Educator assists with implementation and evaluation of the 4-H Youth Development educational programs and activities. Educator will be responsible for promoting program objectives and plans in 4-H Youth Development programming area. This includes presenting a series of 6 to 8 lessons that focus on science, engineering and technology to new 4-H members. This is a grant-funded position. Funding for the program is through the Ralph Wilson Foundation as part of the regional STORY program in partnership with Wyoming, Allegany and Orleans counties.
