Criteria: To assist members with expenses who are raising animals for the 4-H Meat Animal Sale at the Chautauqua County Fair in 2019. 4-H Animal Committees will select winners of their species. 4-H members should submit a resume to include the following:
Name, address, phone, club (or lone member)
1. Why you have become interested in this animal species as a 4-H project
2. How you have helped other members
3. In what ways have you educated fairgoers about your animal
4. How have you represented 4-H in a positive way
5. How have you demonstrated knowledge of your species of animal
6. Overall community/school activities
Choice of member – one junior (13 and under) and one senior (14 and over)
For each species – beef, goat, hog and lamb will receive $50.00 with Market chickens receiving $25.00 for each category.
Members may enter in only one (1) species category. Each resume MUST be signed by 4-H member.
Send to Chautauqua County Extension by April 1, 2019.

A committee member and the 4-H families will be invited to a dinner meeting of Ross Grange in Falconer at a May meeting. They will be introduced and receive a check.
