Hours of Operation: Open Year Round, 10am - 8pm.
Brookside Maple Grove is located just off county route 50 at the corner of 28 Creek Road just outside of Ellington. Maple syrup, maple cream, and additional maple products are offered as well as gift boxes and shipping options. The owner, Lewis Rice, is a 60 year veteran syrup producer, and there are now three generations of family participating in production.
