Dreamseed Farms is a micro scale, homestead style farm located 2 miles from downtown Westfield. After many years of organic farming as a hobby, we started the process of expanding our lone garden into several and began selling our produce and eggs at the Westfield Farmer's and Artisan's Market in 2018. Our farm is truly the extension of our love of nature and we try to both emulate and protect that realm by operating as sustainably as possible and without the use of chemical inputs of any kind. Each season we try to build on the last, growing incrementally, introducing new crops and always learning. While we're always experimenting there are several classic summer crops we're likely to have every year. We typically grow over a dozen varieties of cherry, grape and saladette tomatoes, multiple types of beans, a rainbow of beets, several kinds of hot and sweet peppers, carrots, chard, slicing cucumbers, summer squashes, salad greens and sunflowers in a traditional season. We also grow shoots and mircrogreens indoors, year-round. Our main outlet remains the Westfield Farmer's and Artisan's Market which is held each Saturday from 9a-2p and from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Our microgreens may be purchased year-round at our partner outlet, The Wooden Spoon in Westfield. We are always seeking partnerships with local businesses that either have a direct use for our produce or as a sell through in a complementary setting and our relationship with The Wooden Spoon is a perfect example of both.
