We sell USDA inspected beef either by the pound or quarter, half and whole steer. We are currently sending three steers a month to the butcher so we have a good selection of cuts at all times. We have been in operation for 34 years and strive to provide a quality product by ensuring our cattle eat a balanced diet and are on a vaccination program to maintain a healthy animal. We graze our cattle on grass and use regenerative practices such as no-till and cover crops to keep our soils in top condition. Please call ahead to come pick up and order. We accept checks or cash.
