4-H Meat Animal Sale

Join us for the 57th Annual 4-H Meat Animal Sale on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Our 4-Hers have worked hard to create a quality product for your family.

Approximately 55 hogs, 8 meat goats, 29 pairs of market chickens, 14 lambs, and 12 steers will be available for purchase.

Buyers should pre-register here: https://bit.ly/3wDz38T or contact Darcy Cramer at 716-664-9502 ext. 208. Limited registration will be available the day of the sale. Please limit two people per business or organization.

Terms of sale: Animals will be sold per pound except for goats who will be sold by the head and market chickens sold by the pair. Cash or good check due at time of sale. Invoicing is available but must be pre-approved. Contact the 4-H Office at 716-664-9502 x212 with questions. Animals are shipped to the processor of buyers choice on Sunday, July 25, 2021. Buyer must contact the processor for cutting directions and is responsible for picking up their processed animal. Processing fees not included in purchase price of animal.

*Market Chickens are pre-processed and are vacuum packed and frozen as whole birds. Chickens can be picked up at the conclusion of the sale.
