2019 Chautauqua County Fair 4-H Youth Development Schedule

For a week in July each year 4-H youth in Chautauqua County have an opportunity to share and showcase the projects they've been working on at the Chautauqua County Fair. The public is invited to come and see what the youth in Chautauqua County 4-H are doing. This year we have over 2,000 exhibits on display in the 4-H building and in the barns. How to Complete a Fair Voucher

Cloverbud Participation

Cloverbuds are youth ages 5-8 who participate in non-competitive, age-appropriate events as determined by New York State 4-H. More on the NYS 4-H Cloverbud program: https://nys4-h.org/cloverbuds.

Cloverbuds may enter up to three projects total to be judged on Evaluation Day on Saturday, July 6th and /orFoods and Horticulture Evaluation Day on July 11th. The will receive three Cloverbud Cards from either their club leader or from the Kiosk in the 4-H Building on Evaluation Day. Cloverbuds do not need to enter their projects on the voucher.  

Cloverbuds may compete in Cloverbud-level showmanship. They must enter the showmanship class on their voucher. 

Cloverbuds count in the total number of club members for booth judging. Cloverbuds may be a part of club barn exhibit displays.
